How to start a repair – the stages of the process (part1)

If you bought an apartment in a new building, then there are unlikely to be problems. Here everything is broken, built, drilled and sawn. If the entire entrance is repaired only in your apartment, then the neighbors may be dissatisfied.
Officially, the time for performing noisy work is from eight in the morning to eight in the evening. However, the neighbors may have small children who are sick in the house, who need to comply with a specific regime. It is better to discuss and resolve these issues amicably.

Another useful action is to find out from the caretaker behind the house the complaints of neighbors. For example, if there is a crack near you or neighbors complain about a leak, then you should fix this moment. Otherwise, any problems can be blamed on you and presented as a result of the fact that you are doing repairs.
Currently, the issue of parking is also relevant. It is necessary to consider the time and place of parking of the car for the delivery of building materials and garbage collection. Someone else's car in the yard will not give pleasure to the neighbors. But it is better to negotiate with the neighbors in a good way than to block the passage.
3. Dismantling of structures
The preparatory work includes obtaining permits for redevelopment and demolition. However, this is not the point here. If you are going to break something, it goes without saying that you have a license to do so.
Before you start the work, you need to decide what exactly you will dismantle and where you will export the dismantled elements. Something can be reused, something can be taken out to the country, some elements can be thrown out altogether.
